CEE Professor Qiang He was recently featured on a WBIR Channel 10 News segment talking how indoor air pollution impacts human health.
He received a seed grant along with Assistant Professor Shuai Li and College of Social Work Associate Professor Courtney M. Cronley from the Institute for Secure and Sustainable Environment to study indoor air pollution.
“People don’t smoke, they don’t do anything too high risk, still develop issues with the lung[s],” He said. “I think evidence [is] accumulating that some of the exposure coming from the kitchens from our daily exposure.”
