A CEE Senior Design team made news for its project to design a portion of a riverwalk alongside the Tennessee River in Loudon.
The students were featured in the News-Herald for designing roughly a one-third mile loop to run from the Loudon County Senior Center to the Loudon Police and Fire departments. In addition to the riverwalk, the team, composed of Carter Groves, Bronson Maddox, Christian Moloney, and Caleb Pemberton, also provided Loudon designs for a pavilion and amphitheater. Loudon’s mayor, Jeff Harris, viewed the team’s designs at the Senior Design Showcase.
